On one hand, it might be possible not to close channels where there is maximum liquidity on the remote side, but in my case, it turns out that even if no payment has been made from the remote side to me in the last 14 days, that channel will also be closed. I think this is perfectly normal because if no payments have been made in such a channel with liquidity on the remote side for 14 days, it means that for some reason this channel still isn't working.
