I know what you mean. I resisted for a long time myself. My old PB Swiss screwdrivers (with a magnetic 1/4 inch to 4mm micro bit adapter for PC and electronics work) are still around. Nothing gives me a better grip, and I’m still in love with them after all these years.
But to be honest, there are just so many ocassions when I will work on laptops, cabinets, toys, door hinges, IKEA furniture, etc 100% manually when there’s an easy to reach cordless screwdriver around. On/off, screw/unscrew, done! It is just too convenient. These days I mostly use manual screwdrivers for hard to reach places, stripped or stubborn screws and finishing touches.
