2025-02-28 17:56:51You can't stop someone from publishing a note, or tagging you in that note. A "like" on Nostr is just another kind of note with your npub and the event ID tagged in it. There is absolutely nothing that can stop someone else from publishing that note, other than a relay that rejects kind 7 notes. However, that still just means you won't see the note if you are only reading from that relay. It still exists on other relays that did accept it.
