I think sweet potatoes are a yellowish white tuber, but some people seem to think they are orange yams. WTF? I'm not sure who's right, but I like both of them and use the same recipe to cook both.
the nutritional information obviously depends on the size of the potatoe.

- ⏲️ Prep time: 5 minutes
- 🍳 Cook time: 45 minutes(but i think they are better after about an hour and a half)

## Ingredients
- 4 medium/large sweet potatoes ((2 pounds potatoes))
- unsalted butter (optional for topping)

## Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with foil or parchment paper for easier cleanup.
2. Thoroughly rinse and scrub the potatoes then pat dry with a towel and poke holes all over with a fork.
3. Set potatoes on the prepared baking sheet leaving some space between potatoes and bake for 45 minutes, or until easily pierced with a knife or fork.
