2025-02-11 14:48:39For what it's worth, I agree with KJK. MF's judgement meant that employers and wotkplaces can treat "gc belief" as one belief among many. Which leaves it open for an employer to say "well, we only provide one Faith/Quiet room for people of different Beliefs to use, so why not allow anyone who says they're a woman to use the women's spaces"? Using the "Belief" protected characteristic actually gave Troon Lawyers a handy little wedge to prop open the door.
