2025-05-15 08:43:38noone in their right mind would eat canaries, seriously wtf blackbirds would at least be enough to feed a child in a meal lol... there is a famous english poem about eating blackbirds baked into a pie but really, the only bird you see flying around that is worth eating is the pigeons and doves, i'd guess the doves taste better also there is a lot of ducks and geese in the ribeiras, they would also be good food
