Have been working with a few people lately who are always looking for the one correct answer to problems.
They twist themselves in knots trying to lock onto the ultimate solution. Anything less seems like failure.
But there is never a perfect solution, so they always arrive at failure. I watch them spin into self-defeating predictions. Talented, smart, capable people. And they spin.
All the while, there were many good solutions. There are always more than one way to get it right.
