My trust level for the whole system has dropped to zero, because the system gave harmful advice in unison. Now I don't know if any shot is good for you, or any prescription drug, or any medical procedure. I'm not even sure if viruses really exist, or if all of virology is just a giant scam.
I stopped taking an older dog to the vet completely, and 4 years later she's healthier with more energy. I stopped going to the doctor and I'm healthier with more energy than almost anyone my age that I know.
I believe in diet, exercise, sleep, and sunshine. I'm just gonna go with those for as far as I can until I die.
