If you really wanna know, go down the quantum biology rabbit hole of "light-water-magnetism" my friend.
Get as much sun barefooted as you can (if you're somewhere safe to ground) and eat food that grows or lives only in your current light environment.
See every sunrise with your eyes physically outside, not inside. The color temperature of the sun at this point sets the circadian clock inside of you.
Avoid non-native EMFs as much as you can (blue-lit screens, microwaves, 5G, etc..)
