How do we design services in the age of #GenAI?
The #LLM is just one component of the service, and it is fallible — but we know how to design services around individual components that are fallible. Trying to improve individual components to become impenetrable monoliths is probably impossible and certainly impractical.
But we do know how to design, test, and operate robust services. Now is the time to do that, with #AI as just one component.
