U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem announced that Ramon Morales-Reyes, an illegal immigrant who allegedly sent a letter threatening to shoot President Donald J. Trump in the head, has been arrested. Morales-Reyes also claimed he intended to self-deport, but only after carrying out the threat.
