The IRS is not a U.S. Government agency. It is a Debt Collection Agency of the International Monetary Fund (IMF). The IMF is an agency of the United Nations (UN). The U.S. has not had a Treasury since 1921. New York City is defined in the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) as the United Nations. And last but not least…The U.S.A. (NYC) and the U.S. (Washington D.C.) are both FOREIGN CORPORATIONS. They are NOT countries at all.😊
