⛏️ A note on hashrate we recently sold in Nigeria. 🇳🇬
• Nigeria mining is intermittent
• The rigs will switch off when there is high electric usage in the community
• They run full blast at other hours
• The buyer (you) gets 100% of the hashrate you pay for, since our accounting system handles high/low speed and downtime gaps
• You can see this in the “hashrate days” graph at the bottom

The mining farm's data center is in a rural village, and because bitcoin mining is a hungry customer of electricity, there is an incentive to expand the grid several miles out from the nearest substation—which means the people who live there get reliable power.

🇳🇬 As you can see, when you buy hashrate from Rigly, you’re directly supporting small miners like this. We support the little guy, which means you:
• Vote with your sats + support small miners (like Trojan in Nigeria)
• Mine KYC-free Bitcoin without buying equipment
• Help decentralize Bitcoin mining
If you’re not familiar, Nigeria has a fragile democracy and worsening insecurity. Power generation in Nigeria is undergoing constant grid overhauls. While improvements are ongoing, there are frequent issues, and Nigerians spend billions annually on generators.
If Bitcoin mining is a miracle given to us by Satoshi, being able to mine today in Nigeria is 10X that. You get to help change lives. 🧡 💜
