It's almost like America's bully cops that always escalate situations are unnecessarily putting everyone, including themselves, at risk.
DEESCALATE situations if people don't want emotions to fly and irrationality to take hold. The cops didn't deserve to get shot but they were being total dicks roughhousing the guy and tasing and pepper spraying him. For what? Because he couldn't find his insurance and they had better things to do than be patient and cordial?
People blame the guy for shooting them but I blame the cops very poor handling of this situation. Now with the shooter getting the death penalty there are 3 lives ruined over dumb shit thanks to the violent high time preference obey-me-or-else bully culture of our police force. Such a waste, such a shame.
