If Microsoft had a week long M365 outage next week, 99.9% of orgs would just sit around for a week wondering what to do and trying to setup a Webex trial as DR.
Not saying MS solutions are bad btw. Just, you know, very few orgs have actionable plans about how they would move away if they needed to.
