I’ve never seen a case of mental gymnastics more than this one. You are certainly free to convince yourself of whatever you like, like telling yourself it’s ok that this guy is in the White House, because even though he was convicted, that apparently doesn’t seem to mean anything anymore when put up against other’s criminal activities
Lastly, the fact that you saw nothing wrong with Jan 6, tells me all I need to know about you and your back asswards logic.
The 2nd amendment was brought up to rebut your assertion that there are felonies more sever than this one. I am simply pointing that a felony is a felony in the eyes of the government. Whether you killed someone’s or just stole over $500 worth of product, you lose that right either way.
