You might find the book The Apocalypse of Yajnavalkya interesting... it veers more towards the Gnostic/Hermetic models in a lot of places but it has a lot of referenced old stories about the flood times, and the Space Weather Channel on youtube you can learn about how a global flood happens and how they are pretty much on a clock every 6000 years, though every second one is more intense.
It discusses in great depth Atlantis and to a lesser extent the land of Mu, relates it to the writings of Enoch and the older hindu texts as well, and 25 June this year corresponds to a conjunction that is said in the Vishnu Purana to be the beginning of a golden age.
