No, they don’t “use” them, that could have been the case in 2015. On Arabic groups they literally offer a smuggling service like a tourist office, with different destinations, prices and risk factors.You choose, you pay and that’s it. Nobody forces you to buy Belarus visas and fly into Minsk. Since the war started the traffickers openly say they’re not interested in families or even women, because they only cause trouble - they only accept payments from young men.
