Great show nostr:nprofile1qqs82kcxtx2ts0gs6hdaywksurgdyhgtuzg26569ee3pv4ygm5c9qhspzamhxue69uhkzarvv9ejumn0wd68ytnvv9hxgtcpremhxue69uhkummnw3ez6ur4vgh8wetvd3hhyer9wghxuet59uxm9q3r @mrrgnome (why not on nostr?). Helped me realise (for me) a key problem in the whole op_return debate, and in this case, it may not simply be change itself, but how it is proposed and is being implement that has caused an issue. Just imagine if the change was more fundamental and them implementing it like this?
Got me asking the same questions as this piece, but also, who wants programmers to be in charge of the effective marketing of any changes? Does someone need to have a “wake up McFly” moment with core devs to let them know they are stewards of the protocol, not Bitcoin’s rulers?
