My theory? well - simple because I follow Occam's Razor and also am ONLY looking at the night in question and the facts of that night ONLY.
Theory: Plane was accidentally shot down by either Anti Air or Thai Fighter Jets. The plane continued to fly for 30 mins without power (glide) before crashing near Cambodia in the Gulf of Thailand. This was then explicit covered up because 80% of the passengers were Chinese nationals, and this happened during a live fire exercise known as Operation Cobra Gold in the EXACT same spot and time the plane 'disappeared'.
Evidence:
- ATC call to MH370: at two points there are unusual calls by the pilot, namely his flight level and 'goodnight MH370'. My theory is that AWACS (singaporean) contacted them to notify them of NOTAMS and fing out flight level and tell them to reroute (hence the call out of a random flight level and then "goodnight" without any frequency.) - by the way, it's widely reported that this is the last comms, but it's not. The last comms is from the co-pilot saying "Alright Good Night", in fact there is audio of this via ABC news
- The plane "disappears" at IGARI but is spotted by Vietnamese ATC at BITOD after not hearing from them. In other words Vietnamese ATC say the see it at BITOD. BITOD is 400 nuatical miles from IGARI, a significate distance, at regular airspeed 30 mins, but here it's recorded at 45 mins.
- another few mins later they say it's near cambodia and then 15 mins later Vietenamese ATC say it's now landing.
- There are multiple eyewitness accounts, police reports and phyical walking reports to police stations of a plane burning in the night sky. Mike Mcay spots a plane on fire from his oil righ and emails his employer
Anyways, there's lots to unpack. Basically it was an accident; during a military operation using live fire ammunition, in a contentious area at a contentious time killing Chinese in the South China Sea by shooting down a commercial jet. US covered it so not to create a hot war with China. Oddly enough, MH17 (the exact same sister plane as MH370) was shot down in Ukraine two months later, as it veered WILDLY off course towards Donbas for some reason.
