Except nobody will be given free reign, until the current civilizational order gets removed by higher powers.
In a protracted state of WROL a lot can be done in that regard with grim deeds by determined men.
But in a proper WROL Boogaloo scenario, most of America is gonna eat itself, especially the heavily diverse areas with high ethnic strife and low trust. When the supermarkets and fastfood joints remain empty for a week or two, you will see violence and death on a scale barely imaginable. Especially in the urban centers.
Then White people only have to stand back, protect themselves and watch the problem largely solve itself for a while, then go in with organized force to mop up the rest.
