I’ve gotten a new phone since I made it last but I’ll walk your through it. It’s really tasty and fast.
Slice the onion and bell pepper into slivers. Put them into a bowl with the asparagus and season everything with Italian seasoning, crushed red peppers, a dash of balsamic vinegar and a little honey (optional).
The bundle size depends on how much asparagus you have. Wrap the bacon tightly around the asparagus, onion, and bell pepper. The bacon will stretch and bind. You can use 2 pieces of you have enough. Then place them on the grill rotating about every 3 mins until the bacon is crispy. Take it off and let it breathe for a few mins. Then serve.
I like it with sautéed spinach but you could chop it into fourths and pair with pasta or rice too.
