Use blue light blocking glasses after sundown everyday.
Toxic blue light is something that no human would have ever seen after sundown - up until about 50 years ago.
Blue light signals to the brain that it is midday and puts your circadian rhythm out of line, making it harder to sleep and giving you lower quality sleep.
I've been using blue light blockers for half a year now and I've never felt better in my life.
Note: Make sure the glasses you buy have an orange/red hue, otherwise they are a scam and are not blocking the blue wavelengths.
