As incredible as it sounds, one could link the title to a house to one Satoshi, and it would serve as a more secure an documented title record than we use now.
The Satoshi is the best "time stamp" ever invented. Through massive amounts of electric energy, tens of thousands of computers, personal concensus controls, an entry into the Bitcoin blockchain is a better form of "publishing" than any other.
This technology, is going to change the earth in profound ways we can't even imagine.
Strategy's project "Orange" is a real "sleeper" of a world changing project. My advice is to keep an eye on it. It will link a personal identity to a private key, public key , and some Bitcoin. A person will be able to show credential to a given organization, but only to the extent needed. For instance, if someone needed to show ID for buying alcohol, they would only release the public key that proved age.
Strategy will also use similar methods to craft tools for personal verification on the internet, making SPAM very expensive to implement.
