Buying a condo/apartment is one of the biggest scams of the fiat era
It wasn’t always like this. In the past, people bought a whole house — and landlords bought entire buildings to rent out apartments. Apartments were for renters, not "owners."
Condos and apartment ownership only became popular in the 1960s, pushed by developers and banks once homes got too expensive. Instead of owning land, people were sold the illusion of ownership — a unit in the sky, with HOA fees, rules, and zero real power.
It’s not ownership. It’s just a trick to make people feel like homeowners — while still being controlled and paying forever.
Bitcoin will end the the illusion and bring real estate back to reality.
