For to-be-seen lights: I can recommend Knog's bicycle lights. They either have USB C charging or an integrated A plug. Some are really bright. As USB rechargeable to-see headlight I have one from NiteCore. It's IIRC 1500 lumen, but it's older and still has a MicroUSB port. Supernova and Lupine also have high lumen models, but I don't know if they have USB C.
