Well, after an hour long phone call with the missus, we discussed all the ins and outs, positives and negatives of selling and moving, including pocketing a ton of cash, we've decided the three most important things in real estate are location, location, and location. So we're going to double down on our existing home and keep living in paradise, even if it means living in the ongoing chaos of our basement suite construction. Island life is the best life. And I'd hate to leave my woods.
