I'm on web, and sorry didn't mean to imply because it said it went to Primal, you guys had it or something, just meant it was sent and 'it knew' it was sent to someone through primal, but then it got lost.
It hasn't happened on the other client I use, but your interface is just better so all else being equal I'd rather.
That's the primary reason I want to figure it out, so I can confidently continue using Primal, but I have NO idea how to troubleshoot or figure out what happened or where it went. If there's anything I can do to try to figure it out, I'd love to hear it.
