I think if The United States is to continue as a Constitutional System then many legal definitions will have to be changed to The Status Quo Ante.
Alternatively, The United States may either not exist, or it might have to abandon its Constitutional System.
I know we can't "stop" drugs, crime, (sexual) degenerates, and abortions, etc. but perhaps changing these things from rights to privileges might be more beneficial for society at large.
But on the flip side, I do understand the natural mechanisms weed out these behaviors but the scale that these behaviors have proliferated is concerning.
We should maybe issues licenses with high fees to discourage people from engaging in it.
