Had to throw together a quick pie for our grandson. He should be here any minute.
He is just starting the process of taking over a locally established computer repair and IT services business. Keeping my grandma tech stuff going is probably good practice dealing with older folks.
I know his time is precious, and I am so thankful he still manages to show up when I need him. He won't like it but I will insist on paying him for his work. I'm putting my foot down in a nice way.
My pie crust wasn't cooperating today, but I got it done. Hopefully it tastes good. He deserves the best pumpkin pie.
I remembered it's Valentine's Day.
