That’s kind of harsh. I don’t think it has anything to do with whether or not people are stupid for believing in the ideology… at face value there is nothing wrong with protesting for change and rallying behind a future where people get along.
… but MLK jr was known to have said he felt like he led his people (lambs) to slaughter before he was killed. I’m starting to believe they killed him, Medgar Evers, and Malcolm before they could realize how they were being used as pawns.
Idk… I was taught that integration was a net negative for the US however people couldn’t see it because nobody wants to side with bigots. I just think there’s more to everything now…
