i built a garbage collector that targets a total data size a year ago, i still have the code in the repo but i have stripped it out in the current build. the database indexes still maintain a last accessed timestamp, so adding it back will be simple if there is a need for it such as this. it can process a garbage collection on 18gb of data in about 12 seconds, could be set to do that several times a day and maintain only not just removing old but removing old and not demanded content
