The idea is you would only use the second wallet to recieve funds from the first wallet, and use the first wallet to recieve funds from others like normal. I gave it some more thought after I posted this though and seems like it is probably redundant for MAP Decoder Attack...doing it with two wallets should be indistinguishable on-chain from simply sending funds back to yourself using the same wallet.
That being said the two wallet method still helps protect against other things like Janus attacks so still probably a good idea to do.
