Nice pitch: selling yourselves as centralized arbiters of what is valuable with the idea that we need you for spam. I'm not convinced. Cynical even.
Why dont you get into the nitty gritty of why we need your solution, a centralized solution that gives you immense power over the network, over say PoW? What are it's shortcomings, define the problem space to show us how your solution is uniquely needed. From where I sit, personal creation and PoW do just fine for users, and for relays, PoW also works, as well as paid relays. You've said "these tolutions have their places but aren't sufficient" (paraphrasing), describe how and why that's true. In bitcoin land we say if someone's willing to pay the fee it isn't spam. Why doesn't the same apply here?
