Agree with the article about Matrix. Worse protocol than Nostr, IMO, and the Element app is buggier than something like Jumble or Amethyst.
We are avoiding the bias against small relay providers, analog to the e-mail spam-provider problem, by simply asking users to _name their favorite relays_ and drawing from that for inboxes and outboxes.
It's the equivalent of e-mail users whitelisting e-mail providers, and every client they use pulling that list, and pulling the lists of the people they communicate with.
