That’s great advice. I’m struggling with fast drafting. I used to be a real binge writer: I wouldn’t write for a month or two then have a 10,000 word day. Now I agonize over 1-2000 and often rewrite it the next day. Yet last year I wrote a feature length screenplay in a week. Editing is no problem — it’s getting the first draft to work with.
100% agree on scrivener. It’s so good, yet when I show it to other people their eyes glaze over.
