Those are all good. But many of them are not solvable or it is not on our power to solve. If you want decentralization, everything will always be a mess.
We all want to get out of GitHub, but no one has ever made a better tool than GitHub that works right now that we can migrate. We are not going to work on that tool ourselves. We don't have the time. So you have to find a person that can do that, likely for the next 3 years, in order to fully replace GitHub.
Relays can't scale because no one is coding one that does scale. We literally don't have a single dev working on real scaleable architecture. You have to find the person first. None of us are good for that type of work.
And systems will interoperate, but they will always have parts where they don't. There is no way to force everyone to implement the same thing unless you are on a dictatorship. There is no fix for it. The best we can do is to slowly make things more interoperable.
Auth is very dangerous. It allows user tracking, including geo-location tracking, and kills all privacy-preserving features of Nostr.
Revenue generation is not be a protocol problem. It's a community problem and people can solve it separatedly from devs. Again, no one is really working on that side. Devs, and product builders in general, are not skilled revenue generators.
