Trump’s executive order aims to end birthright citizenship for kids born in the U.S. to undocumented parents has been tied up by 3 federal courts that have blocked it.
The US Supreme Court hears the case Thursday, although the justices will mainly be focussed on the technicalities of the orders blocking its implementation. If they lift those orders, thousands will be born stateless.
