"When people become too used to having convenience for every task in their daily lives, they just sit back and let the politicians perform all their bs, while simultaneously hoping that one day those same corrupt politicians will fix all the damage they've done"
I couldn't have said this better myself. Though I would add the "debt trap" most of them are living in as well. It sad fact that many people are not only living in their convenience but they're also so deep down the debt rabbit hole that a mere act of rebellion is simply not an option for them. They're afraid of losing everything (they don't even own, cause it's all financed or mortaged) that they rather keep their head down and "hope" for better times in the future than stand up and actually do something.
This is why taxes and debt are our worst enemies and that system works so fucking well!
