Join the first ever Wim Hof Method Fundamentals Workshop in Laconia, Greece with certified instructor Daniel, on Sunday 16 March 2025 from 12:00 – 16:00 in Kimothoi, Monemvasia.
The method has greatly positive effects for our physical health and psychological balance. At the workshop we are going to learn about a powerful breathing technique, venture into an ice bath, and set our minds to extend the limits of what we think is possible.
