Following a Syrian government operation in the Druze-majority town of Sahnaya and a series of Israeli airstrikes targeting regime forces, a Syrian official has reportedly confirmed the operation has been halted. At least one Syrian government soldier was reportedly killed in the Israeli strikes, which numbered at least two. Israeli leadership has pledged continued action against any force that endangers the Druze community in Syria.
