It's definitely sounding like you've got a leak at the back of the intake at this point. I can't see any evidence that the leak is coming from the distributor base or oil pressure sending unit in the video. That valve cover looks bone dry, too. And that PCV valve sounds like it should.
How much white smoke are we talking about? That could just be exhaust system condensate.
The weird stuttering could be ignition or fuel related. New plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor might be a good idea if there's a lot of miles on the old ones.
Otherwise it could be a dirty spider injector. Or a dying fuel pump that isn't keeping the system charged. Or a clogged pickup sock in the tank.
