well we both know full well by now that history cycles. no denying that at this point.
the difference in this cycle is that the “back to the land” people in this cycle are more libertarian free market types, and even have strong leanings toward orthodox christianity which is humorously ironic in some ways.
sidenote, i found a natural food store up north in a more rural area that felt different from most others when i went in. i realized it wasnt from more recent natural food trends, but had been operating since 1974. had that original hippie back to the land vibe. i loved it.
