I have been using it since it launched. Me and STPI may have been some of the first to zap eachother ecash on nostr from Minibits lol. Minibits is a very unique ecash wallet in that it uses nostr to fetch payments. It has a LN bridge that allows users to send and receive zaps immediately. No kyc, no email, no extensions. It lets you have multiple mints, even usd ecash. All incoming lands as ecash, all outgoing lands as the receiver wishes. It gives you an ln address and you can pay any LN invoice. It is two tap zap. The wallet will open when you hit zap and you can confirm, which I like.
The dev has been awesome and personally has solved any issue that has popped up. I have a lot of respect for the way it has been managed and supported. He ships an update like every week. Only thing is you need to close the app all the way out for it to fetch zaps from relays. The wallet will look for incoming I think once a minute. But he just added batch receives.
Minibits solves the 0-100k sat issue that new nostr users face but that devs, self custody absolutists, and vcs want to ignore or pretend doesn't exist.
