Twitter being down gives me scenarios like when Elon decimated gov. employers so much, a few NSA hackers get together and fuck around with his over priced mass manipulation tool. I also heard in a few cyber security podcasts that US doesn't have the right leadership in cyberspace and state sponsored attacks on US are doable more then ever.
One advice is, always have some cash on you. Plastic is worthless if systems are down. And I doubt you'll find a gas pump with "Bitcoin accepted here" sticker.
