Guy in California is an antinatalist, specifically an "extreme" form called "efilist." He bombed a fertility clinic on a Saturday. He died, no one else (but a block was damaged). It's unsure whether he bombed it on a Saturday to avoid killing people or whether he was just unsuccessful in terrorism with a body count.
