Ukraine needs a fully resilient energy infrastructure, for today and for tomorrow.
We are offering a new package to help Ukraine secure its energy system and enable its full integration with the European energy market.
Full coupling with EU electricity market by spring 2027, massive acceleration of domestic renewable production, assistance with gas purchases.
Energy integration will be part of the security guarantees the EU can provide Ukraine.
