My friend used the foot gun that comes with this diet during the transition period and dehydrated herself by overexertion at work rather than taking it easy. She collapsed and was sent to the ER. Of course, next was a kidney stone, and then the docs not treating it fully even though they found it. So it festered up again months later, back to the ER, stint, etc
Of course the whole time blaming the diet (both herself and the doctors) for everything. 🤡🌎
If you cross the road with your eyes and ears closed every day then chances are you are gonna get hit. This is the nature of 🤡🌎. They have Stockholm Syndrome, and only take in that which their capture agrees with. They only love what their capture wants them to love. It is their survival instinct. They won't think for themselves.
