2025-05-23 16:54:08I don’t think it’s exact. It takes a few mins for the bounty notification to go out. But the bounty clock could have started a few mins earlier. It is no more than a 5 minute difference. But I’ve noticed this. It’s not a conspiracy and no one is blocked from winning.
