If you look at the aid that’s given to many countries who don’t have a fiat or have a very weak fiat that they can’t print recklessly you’ll see the U.S. is purchasing political alliances with multiple dozens of nation states.
The IMF and worldbank are western fiat enslavement arms too.
Also, defense guarantees are a massive incentive. It’s money in those countries pockets, same as a bribe.
Game theory of the international model is nothing like what I initially wrote about. Natural order is completely destroyed by the string fiats and especially the apex fiat, USD.
